BOOKING A TREATMENT AT ORR HOT SPRINGS
Due to the pandemic, all classes and hands on treatments are suspended until further notice.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TREATMENTS AT ORR HOTS SPRINGS:
All massage clients must have a reservation at Orr Hot Springs, and must pay any applicable Orr Hot Springs fees. If a massage client shows up without a reservation for either Day Use or Overnight, they will be turned away. Orr Hot Springs often fills up for Day Use, and does not accept new Day Use reservations when our daily population hits a certain range (around 70-80).
If a client wishes to book a massage and does not have a reservation at Orr Hot Springs, they will allow that person to book a Day Use reservation in advance to go with their Massage, even if they are otherwise full. They will also allow the client to bring a +1 in their reservation, however everyone coming to Orr both the massage client and the guest must pay the Day Use fee (currently $35.00 per person). Please call the reservations department at (707) 462-6277 to book.
Please Note: the client cannot add more than 1 person to their reservation if Orr Hot Springs is full for day use.
All clients receiving treatment/massage must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.

STEP BY STEP: Instructions to booking your treatment at Orr:
1) Read the paragraph above regarding reservations at Orr.
2) Book your treatment at least 12 hours in advance for next day appointments see step #5.
FOR SAME DAY TREATMENTS, PLEASE CALL (707 937 2133) ME 1-1/2 HOURS (90 minutes) IN ADVANCE OF BOOKING. If you are at Orr Hot Springs, please ask to use the landline. If I am there working, after you book ask the front desk to take me a note, at least 20 minutes in advance of treatment time.
3) Use the Booking program to reserve your date and time. Choose Reiki Treatment and then choose Schedule.
4) Pay for your treatment with any major Credit Card or Paypal account using the Check out button in the booking program or the Paypal button below. Cash payments accepted for same day or pre-arranged by phone for future treatment. Cash gratuities at time of trearment are appreciated.
5) Call Deborah AKA Deb at home 707-937-2133 (PST) to confirm all of the above, if you are at Orr please ask to use the landline. For next day and 24 hour or more appointments just leave a message to confirm, if you want to change something or want a time not on the schedule call me and I'll see what we can do.

CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUNDS:
Should you wish to cancel your treatment, you may do so.Full refund, minus a $10 service fee, with be granted to cancellations with at least a 48 hour notice.
Partial, half fee refund will be granted to anyone that cancels within 12 hours of scheduled treatment.
No refund will be granted to same day cancellations.
Full refund will be granted to any and all clients if, in an emergency, the practitioner has to cancel.
